What do I need to use a 5.1 surround sound speaker?
I got the latest 5.1 speaker system surround sound, and the main tower that controls everything is a bit Busted to put it simply. What does it take to replace the head unit? Do I need a home theater receiver to handle the different audio sources? I want to be able to connect my computer, have one reciver radio, CD player, TV and other connections like that. The cables are wired standard speakers, without an adapter on the end, only the bare wire.
