Can you see the regular digital cable TV on a widescreen LCD HDTV?
I get a vizio 32-inch Widescreen 720p LCD HDTV TV and wondered if I could watch normal digital cable in it, (NOT hi-def televison? or you have to switch to high definition cable
You can watch digital TV on a regular basis, but the format is 4×3, while the regular HDTV format is 16×9. That means you'll have bars (or spaces) to the left and the right of the screen. You can chage the relationship on the screen until the Picutre that you like.
