It is in the Best Buy electronics store is going downhill?
Customer service from Best Buy is F rated. Every time I try to call a better location Buy nobody answers the phone and most employees who work there are young kids who do not care about customers. Over the years Best Buy has been in business I have never bought anything there, and never will. This last week I went to three Best Buy stores to buy a 26 inch LCD from Sony. Of the three localities none of them had in stock. They told me that as soon as I could get it in 4 weeks. Magnolia Home Theater Room is a joke. Today I went there to listen to some speakers. I waited 30 minutes for a salesman to help me. When the salesman told me that the box was Brocken listen and not fixed for 10 days. The manager refused to move a pair of speakers to a receiver in the other room to listen to them. I told the manager that I'm going to Ken Cranes on the list for speakers. He said that Ken Cranes!
I know your only complain … But you have a good reason. Best Buy is in trouble … They are closing stores and size by staff. The first to go are the employees who make the highest wages (You know … Those who knew what they were talking). It is really bad. It is a great place to run on Sat and some collection can not wait until Monday to take of my providers. You have made a good go dissent Ken Cranes. Maybe have to pay more, but customer service is worth it.
