Home Theater System With Wireless Rear Speaker
Where can I find rear surround speakers compatible for my Yamaha RX-V465 receiver?

This is a link to the receiver i have http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/products/Home_Theater_Systems/productdetail.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cs=19&sku=A2566104 And what im looking for a set of 5.1 speakers that are compatible with this receiver. The only downside is that the rear speakers should be wireless. So I'm not sure of how to do that. My idea was to buy the following: http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/products/Home_Theater_Systems/productdetail.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cs=19&sku=A2587099 but this only has 1 TOSLINK input and 2 RCA inputs. My receiver does not have ANY Toslink output – and I think it would be foolish to use RCA cables to transmit the signal … Want to that the best signal possible … and RCA will not deliver just that.

The receiver acts as the hub of your sound system. The front speakers and everything can connected to different outlets in the receiver. Then connect the AV devices – game console, satellite / cable, DVD or Blu-ray, etc in the receiver. Cables RCA (red / white) only carry a stereo signal, whereas the TOSLink cable or Digital Co-Ax carry surround sound signals. Most devices supporting the use of surround sound TOSLink. A note about HDMI. HDMI can carry a signal of high definition video and a digital surround signal but not all receivers can split the audio signal from the video signal – like mine. You have to check the manual to see if yours will or not. By Furthermore, the Panasonic system is what is known as a "home theater in a box" (HTIB) kit. While HTIB are tempting because of its low cost and all in one design are generally poor choices for most people. Unlike the receiver, HTIB generally do not have additional audio inputs, or most of them only had RCA input only. Furthermore, the quality of the DVD (or Blu-ray) player in a HTIB is generally quite poor – and if it breaks, you'll end up having to throw the whole system, because even speakers do not use standard connectors. Instead, all you need is a set of speakers. Only standard speaker. Many companies make box sets 5.1 speaker. I would suggest shopping at a site that specializes in audio equipment, unlike a confusing computer shop who thinks he can sell independent electronics ….
