How do I connect my XBOX 360 to my Home Theater?

I had another question in here somewhere, but very badly written so here's better one. First of all, I have a cable box. I have a cable that goes directly to the wall to the TV. My team: – XBOX 360 – JVC DVD Digital Theater Sytem TH-52 – A cable HDMI that comes with the Xbox 360, which is a port of an optical cable, but I have an optical cable. – A cable with yellow, white, red (I think it is called an RCA cable). — A Viewsonic TV (If you need the serial number, I'll give below). Right now I have the HDMI cable to my XBOX 360 and TV (I'm using the 6 wires). Thus I now have red and white cables opened with AV / S Audio in port. I also open ports in a red and white audio output port. In the box home theater I have an AUX port, one S-Video, and green, blue, red component ports, all cables to be expected of them. It also has a digital optical port. Thus yes, how can I get the home theater to work with the 360? Thank you. : D
