Paul's position on "All" Israel has already begun in Chapter 2. The issue involves all of southern Israel and the northern kingdoms.

But Peter said, everything is stored in the same way.

"But we believe that the Lord Jesus Christ will be saved in the same way they did. "(Acts 15:11)
