HDTV: What resolution should I set my Xbox to this TV?

I've had my Xbox 360 set to 720i or 720p (can not remember which) because I thought that 1080i / p was to HDTVs complete. Am I right, or if I look better with 1080? I could not notice a difference between the 2 options, but I do not have the correct for my TV. Thank you. Follow the link to TV specifications. I really do not know what I mean.
leave it at 720p. HD ready TV can not handle True HD (1080p)
