Why use brackets []???
When we read an article in a magazine or watch a news report on television, why is that when a quote is a part of that quote is inserted within brackets []???
Use brackets [[]] in the following situations: You can use to include EXPOSURE words or phrases in the quoted language: Lew Perkins, the Director of Athletic Programs, said Pumita Evans, the new coach football [at Notre Dame Academy] is going to be a real winner.
