Hello I have a problem with the TV that has a poor image, the image is washed, no matter how you adjust the brightness or contrast levels of the image is never perfect.

It was thus from the moment you bought it? If so, and you have not had more than 15 days is … get your receipt and exchange. If less than 1 year old get your receipt, make a copy of it, take the TV for nearest authorized service center for Panasonic. Search Panasonic website, the phone number if you need to find a service provider … If more than 1 year will end up paying the cost of service, but take it to an authorized Panasonic service provider because they have the scoop on how to fix it. Having That said, I wonder one thing ….. when you adjust the brightness / contrast ….. does that make a difference in the picture at all??? If so, then I assume the panel LCD probably has a low voltage that the crystals have completely shut down …. if not, then the jungle Video IC is not responding to the brightness and contrast commands and can be necessary to replace … Both problems should not be ungodly expensive, unless Panasonic does not sell the pieces, but only sells cards …. Now it is worth paying the rate of diagnosis for the television service provider to find out what's really going on with your TV ….
